Waiting for more Servers in February [6th January 2004]

Our current cluster of dedicated servers had reached its maximum load. The service is still fast and efficient as usual but tracking any more websites at the moment would cause the service to slow down for you. The new StatCounter system was designed to be able to add more hardware to cope with increased demand, but we are waiting for more new servers to be made available by ev1servers. They are expecting to open their new hosting facility in February. We will then get more dedicated servers and take on even more members and websites. Our commitment as always is to provide a rock solid, fast loading service to our current members and their websites. If you are new to StatCounter you can still register for an account and you will be notified the very second we start taking on new websites again. I apologise for the inconvenience this temporary wait may cause.
