You simply need to: - Sign up for a free account at StatCounter and follow the 'Install Code' wizard to generate your StatCounter code.
- When prompted, make sure to choose Dreamweaver 2 as your Blog/Web Page Editor from the drop down list.
- copy the StatCounter code (highlight + ctrl c)
- open your page in dreamweaver and click on the html tab
- insert the StatCounter code anywhere between the <body> and </body> tags (ctrl v)
- ignore broken image tags
- close the window and save the changes to your page
- publish your page
